following store policies.
Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does
not compromise credit card information. This online system is
100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card
to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send
us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait
for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within
seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full
refund once the goods have been returned to us. Cd’s DVD’s
and videos must be in their original sealed wrapping. Unfortunately,
we cannot refund Cd’s, DVD’s and Videos that aren’t
in their sealed wrapper.
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you
and we are notified within 10 days of the customer’s receipt
of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully
repackaged in their original packing.
Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded promptly
on receipt of returned items, usually within 4 days.
Delivery Information
Delivery, postage and packing is priced per item and charged
at cost. Failure to select the correct postage area may delay
your order being processed as we will charge you the correct
amount before shipping your products. Please allow up to 28
working days for delivery, although most orders arrive 7 to
14 days from order. We cannot be held responsible for items
getting lost in the post should you choose the ‘First
Class’ postage option, and a refund will not be offered.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the
date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions
are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices,
otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you
will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order
before proceeding.
